Returns Policy

We have a customer satisfaction gauranteed policy.  Please return to us within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely happy with your product.  Simply request a return on your account page or contact us and we will gladly take care of your needs.

Your product has a 1 year warranty.  You may contact us for any issues you have and we will glady take care of it for you.

You should expect to receive your refund within a week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund as soon as we receive the item.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship to the continental USA.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping for Pre-Order items will depend on the production time. We will send you an email of estamated time.
